Reporting that does not repeat itself. Preparing data, automating processes and making decisions easier.

Problem: Recurring reports cost time and are error prone.
Context: Working student in the BI team at Bosch Power Tools, 2023 to 2025.
My contribution: Built reporting, prepared data, automated processes.
Key decision: Automation instead of manual upkeep, so numbers stay reproducible.
Result: Less manual work, more reliable reports. Figures stay confidential.
Main limitation: Internal data. Screenshots and details stay internal.

Reports have to be correct, on time and good enough to decide on. Many are produced in recurring cycles.

That is exactly where the problem starts. Manual repetition costs time and invites mistakes.

With Power BI, Excel and Python I built reporting and maintained reports for stakeholders.

The biggest lever was automation. Recurring steps now run without manual intervention.

Less manual work, more reliable reports. The link between numbers and clear decisions still shapes how I look at companies.
