I grew up in Hamm, took my Abitur at Beisenkamp-Gymnasium in 2022 and then studied business in Göttingen.

What excites me is not business on its own but the intersection. Digitalisation, data, entrepreneurial ideas. From the start of my studies I wanted to connect commercial thinking with a hands-on project.

Almost two years of Business Intelligence at Bosch Power Tools, from October 2023 to August 2025. I automated reporting processes, analysed data, carried out smaller projects on my own and coordinated them with international teams. That is where I learned how a company is steered with data.

Straight afterwards I spent a semester at Tsinghua University in Beijing, from September 2025 to January 2026. My courses included Corporate Finance, Talent Management and Digital Operations and Business Simulation Gaming. The pace of life in China changed my perspective.

My co-founder Josephine Schulz and I met during our studies. The idea for MAUTZI came to us through our joint work at Enactus, our enthusiasm for AI and the contact with our grandparents.

We entered the idea in LIFT-OFF, the startup competition of the University of Göttingen, and in January 2026 the NBank startup grant followed. In the team I am responsible for the technology concept, data modelling and further development.

We tested the prototype on site with residents. My bachelor's thesis modelled the service processes behind it in four service blueprints and derived nine design requirements from them. Product development and research inform each other.
