My business studies are the basis for everything that followed. Think commercially, work methodically, take data seriously.
What interests me is the intersection of business, technology, data and user centred research. Out of that came Bosch, Tsinghua and founding MAUTZI.
In my bachelor thesis I model the service processes of our assistance system using Service Blueprinting. Method and product feed into each other.
